Nostos / Kiran Gandhi

Remember? How as kids we walked to the river and threw stones at it
Now all we have is a strange longing,
A longing to hide forever in that moment
Where we hurl a stone into the river and hold our breath to hear the splash
Wishing we never run out of stones to throw and streams to listen to.
