Winter’s Death / Josh Young

The long awaited death of winter
Does bring the birth of spring
The baby bird does sing in the nest
The mighty trees grow leaves
The flowers in bright colors bloom
On winter’s lying corpse
The blossoming of daisies and tulips
Doth provide the bouquet
For winters funeral procession
But alas, instead of black
The funeral party has don
A rainbow of colors
To say the final goodbye
To winter gone
