Cecelia Chapman is a California-born visual artist and filmmaker living in Portugal. She is known for her short experimental-documentary film fable, minimalist painting and projects  that evolve from her relationship with the environment. Her works seek to disrupt the performance of global-corporate commercial interests and revel in the cosmic-fantastic as a vehicle for freedom.
