The pause….
a space like a pinhole or the universe inviting change and expression,
an interval incomplete…
for it passes yet
invites participation….immersion
not in the notes of a song or the sigh of the wind but in
silence.
Creating new rhythms….
defining the anger that came before
inviting it into its womb,
defining what follows….
anger subdued or anger dissolved?
Incomplete, yes…but not dead air or vapid space
to be filled with clutter – more anger, more anxiety.
The pause…..
is trust and surrender to the unknown,
it knows what came before and what will come,
sets them apart from one another
in ways that may transform.
The pause…
is equidistant from both anger and unfoldment,
equal in giving light to both.
