There lives my heartbreak and my happiness
My freedom and my torment
Its rising and falling surface
At once filthy and lush with green
Cleaved out some of my heart
To selfishly soak in memory
Of those gold and steadily purple sunsets,
Of those that shared my laughter
And those that brought discomfort
The neon lights that flashed upon my enjoyment
And my humiliation
The halls that I walked proudly with the strength at my side
And crossed with fallen tears
My other home
